Dr. Susan Chung and her staff at Monet Dental Group in Rancho Cucamonga are world class. From their Office Staff, to Radiology, to their Billing Department, each individual shines in their respective positions by showing how well they know their jobs through the tender care they give and the extensive knowledge they share. They employ the latest technologies (including a CBCT scan for X-rays) and procedures to ensure each patient is as comfortable as possible. I had a cracked tooth that Dr. Chung had to prepare a root canal for, along with a filling, and the procedure from beginning to end was literally pain free and took less than 45 minutes. If you're at all squeamish about going to the dentist, as I was, feel confident in choosing Dr. Susan Chung and Monet Dental Group. They will, most certainly, put your mind at ease. Shout out to Toni at the Front Desk for taking care of me and my Family by putting us on a payment plan that's totally doable, we appreciate you...to Courtni in Radiology for not only walking me through all the x-rays I needed but also sharing beautiful stories about her family and daughter who's a marvelous musician - and also by bringing me a cup of water while I was waiting to check out...and to Jordyn in assisting Dr. Chung while she worked on me, thank you, thank you...Thank You!!! Courtini is the best dental hygienist I have come across. She was extremely thorough with my teeth cleaning and made sure every detail was taken care of. She was professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment.
